What I appreciate about doing Pilates with Greta is her vast knowledge of anatomy and Pilates techniques, and her application of that knowledge to the individual to meet his or her goals. I’m almost 75, and my simple goal is to not hurt when I go through the normal activities of life, say picking up a pencil on the floor, or reaching into the backseat of the car for a newspaper. Greta keeps me in much better shape than I would keep myself, if left to my own devices. I don’t want to be an Adonis, I just want this old body to last until I’m 100. Greta will make it so.
Greta is beyond amazing. Each session is fun and a great workout! If you like thoughtful, knowledgeable instructors who care about their students, try a solo or group class. I have done in person and virtual and both are great. Each time I am done with a session, I am smiling and feeling ready for my day.
